CJB Productions Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms

• Upfront Fee: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure the booking and confirm the project.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of the final product. Delivery of the final product will occur only after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

• On-Site or Filming Day Cancellations:

If the CJB Productions team is on site on the scheduled day or has commenced filming, and the project is cancelled for any reason, the full project fee (100%) becomes immediately payable. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Example of Non-Refundable Cancellation Reason

• Acts of God: Severe weather events (e.g., storms, floods, earthquakes), natural disasters, or other events outside human control.

3. Additional Notes

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Agreement: By confirming a booking with CJB Productions, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment and cancellation terms.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both CJB Productions and its clients.
